How to write a strong book blurb

While my editor continues to churn out another edited copy of my upcoming Young Adult novel, Guns And Dogs, I’ve been working on the blurb. Not easy, despite the fact that I’ve had a lot of practice.

The key to writing a good blurb is fill it with all sorts of action-packed information on your book, but without giving away the plot which would act as spoilers.

Since this is my first true YA novel, I’ve decided to fill it with all sorts of information that I feel my prospective readers would enjoy.
