Matilda or “Matty” as she is called by our protagonist, Fabian SilverSword, is a Herder dog who helps Fabian keep track over his herd of sheep, at least when he was a shepherd. Now she tries to keep Fabian safe as part of his adventurer band while they make the trek across Rek toward the Darklands.
Her dedication for Fabian is only matched by her love, and she’ll do anything to keep him safe. She also gets along well with Lager McVick and Marella Larue, making her a valuable member of the team.
